Congratulations and welcome to the Cypress Mountain Team! If you are friendly and helpful, this truly is the place for you to shine.

As a Team Member, please familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures as outlined in our Employee Handbook.

The Handbook is broken down into sections and with applicable links where necessary. Check back often as you will find the information useful throughout the season and may need to refer to it to answer any questions you have regarding your employment.

Once you have read the handbook in its entirety, you will be required to ‘sign off’ on it and each section. In your onboarding through Ceridian Dayforce, please go into your ‘Forms’ section (accessibly when logged in through a computer, not a mobile device). You will sign and date the form, to be submitted digitally. Should you have any questions or need further information, please speak to your Supervisor or Department Manager. Throughout the season, guests will often ask you for information about the ski area, and at times you may be required to perform duties outside your normal work area. To respond to these situations effectively, it is essential that you are familiar with the location of facilities, the organizational structure and general information about the Downhill & Nordic Areas.

Please familiarize yourself with the mountain and locations of key facilities by visiting the Cypress Mountain Website. You’ll find area maps, ticket pricing and what’s new, and other valuable information.
